Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong attention to detail.
In this role, you will manage the HR Manager’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle various forms of correspondence. Additionally, you will contribute to a range of HR projects, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
