Job Description
Showami is on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our team. The CSR will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
