Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive office at the CEO level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. You will also act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
Qualified applicants should have prior experience as an executive assistant, be proficient in MS Office, and possess strong time management abilities. A degree in business administration is preferred.
