Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is in search of a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a degree or higher education, and fluency in Urdu, alongside intermediate proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer concerns and clear all messages effectively.
- Confirm orders and provide status updates to customers.
- Drive sales and actively promote our products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
