Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and enhance sales via WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, hold at least an intermediate or graduate-level education, and be fluent in Urdu as well as possessing mid-level English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp.
- Address customer concerns and deliver clear solutions.
- Confirm orders and keep customers updated on their status.
- Promote products effectively to drive sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate/Graduate
- Languages: Fluent in Urdu and mid-level English
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to perform under pressure
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
