Job Description
Sky Globe Consultancy is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to be a vital part of our sales team. In this role, you will engage in outbound calls to both potential and existing clients, effectively promoting our diverse range of products and services while closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls following a structured sales script.
- Present and clarify our company’s products/services to customers.
- Encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Follow up on leads while keeping detailed records.
- Achieve or surpass set sales targets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in telesales or a comparable position.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
