Job Description
SMB SERVICES is actively seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to enhance our HR team. In this critical role, you will oversee client coordination, manage HR operations, and assist with recruitment activities as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR functions, including onboarding, payroll management, and maintenance of employee records.
- Facilitate recruitment initiatives by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding HR services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-4 years of HR experience, with a focus on client management.
Job Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday).
Job Type: Full-time.
Work Location: In person.
