Job Description
Sonitech (SMC-Private) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Outbound Call Center Representative and Social Media Handler for a project with an Australian-based company that boasts over 9 years of successful operation.
Working Hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (PST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
- Managing inquiries on various social media platforms.
- Effectively maintaining CRM records.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of outbound call center experience is required.
- Familiarity with social media and CRM tools is preferred.
Salary: Rs 55,00.00 – Rs 65,00.00 per month
