Job Description
Soothmedia Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our office network, CCTV systems, attendance devices, and server infrastructure, in addition to providing comprehensive IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Install and manage CCTV systems
- Support attendance and biometric machines
- Maintain server performance and backups
- Provide IT support for hardware and software challenges
Requirements: A DAE in Electronics is preferred, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
