Job Description
Sparking Asia is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative (CCR) to join our team. This role requires exceptional English communication skills and a positive attitude. The working hours will be from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit proposals on freelance platforms such as Upwork.
- Engage in professional communication with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal team to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written skills.
- Prior experience with freelance platforms is preferred.
