Job Description
Job Purpose: The Housekeeping Operations Manager will oversee and manage housekeeping functions across multiple locations within the assigned zone. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall client satisfaction in alignment with the service level agreements set forth by Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities: This position entails leading zonal operations, supervising staff, conducting thorough site audits, coordinating client communications, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and budget constraints.
Key Skills & Competencies: The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of cleaning procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
