Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Manager to oversee our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security measures.
- Manage access control systems, surveillance operations, and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide staff training.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Retired Major or Lt Cdr from the Pakistan Army, Navy, or PAF with a minimum of 25 years of service.
- Extensive knowledge of security management practices and proficiency in MS Office.
