Job Description
Synergy Corporation is actively searching for a committed IT Support Officer to oversee our daily IT operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up user accounts, and facilitating our transition to a cloud-based infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, monitoring LAN/WAN networks, and aiding in the implementation of cybersecurity protocols. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month, with mandatory in-person attendance.
