We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Officer to enhance our store support and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess 0-2 years of experience in customer service—fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A minimum of 12 years of education is required, along with strong communication skills in Urdu.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
