Job Description

TalentHue is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to enhance our team. Ideal candidates possess 1–2 years of relevant experience and are skilled in identifying and generating potential sales leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. The primary focus will be on qualifying leads and nurturing them until they are primed for closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads across various platforms.
• Qualify leads to establish a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Engage with potential clients and follow up on inbound leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor lead generation performance.

Requirements: 1–2 years of lead generation experience, excellent communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn, as well as the ability to work independently.
