Job Description
Tech Plugin Call Connect is looking for a skilled and proactive Transport Manager to lead our transportation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning efficient routes, managing driver schedules, and offering essential support to both drivers and customers on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Oversee driver schedules, guaranteeing optimal coverage and adherence to regulations.
- Provide on-the-road assistance to drivers and clients.
- Quickly identify and address operational challenges.
- Maintain effective communication regarding any route modifications or delays.
- Leverage logistics management systems for performance tracking and reporting.

Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
