Job Description

Key responsibilities include crafting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, negotiating salaries, verifying documents, extending job offers, and facilitating the onboarding process. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to align hiring needs and will maintain a real-time recruitment tracker to enhance efficiency.
