Job Description
Techno Batch PVT.LTD is on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to enhance our client relationships and ensure the effective delivery of IT solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for designated clients, coordinate efforts with technical teams, and cultivate long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships.
- Act as the lead contact for customer account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; a minimum of 2 years in relationship management; insight into IT products.
