Job Description
Texitech is on the lookout for a committed Import Officer to become a part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Import Procurement Cycle, encompassing documentation, Letters of Credit (LCs), and bank contracts. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents while liaising with key stakeholders such as forwarding agents, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of freight terms, Incoterms, customs duties, and related regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) along with a minimum of one year of experience in Import Procurement is essential.
