Job Description
Textile City Inc. is looking for a qualified Assistant Manager of Human Resources to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee onboarding, and enhancing performance management initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources and possess 4–6 years of relevant experience in the textile, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
