Job Description

The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking an experienced Academic Manager to lead our schools and support our principals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing academic management, fostering community relationships, and enhancing the quality of education provided by both teachers and schools.

Key responsibilities include achieving improved school performance metrics, building strong relationships with parents, recruiting local principals and teachers, and implementing strategic action plans for schools in need of support.

Applicants must possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Urdu, and have a minimum of three years of educational leadership experience as a principal. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education is required.

Location: Faisalabad GPO. This is a full-time, in-person position. Please apply only if you have principalship experience.
