Job Description
The Development Generation is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives for our US campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing effective solutions over the phone. Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor are crucial for success.
Requirements: Outstanding communication abilities, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and NIC certification are mandatory.
Shift Timings: Evening: 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM; Night: 12:30 AM – 7:00 AM.
Compensation: Rs25,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month.
