Job Description
The Fit Day Club is seeking enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents for a US-based outbound campaign. In this role, you will engage in cold calling potential clients, promoting our exceptional services, and generating leads via telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market.
- Communicate the benefits of our services effectively.
- Consistently achieve performance targets.
- Address and manage objections professionaly.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Confidence in making cold calls.
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (required).
- Able to work night shifts.
Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
