Job Description
The Hive is actively searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and clearly communicating the benefits of our coworking spaces. Your duties will include providing comprehensive information about our services, scheduling tours, and delivering exceptional customer service.
We seek candidates with prior experience in customer service or sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
