Job Description

Resource Management BPO is actively searching for a dedicated and skilled Call Center Closer. In this pivotal role, you will connect with pre-qualified leads, engage in meaningful sales discussions, and effectively close deals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads and deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Address objections and negotiate proficiently to secure sales conversions.
• Establish rapport with prospective clients and follow up with undecided leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
• Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills.
