Job Description
The Skin Xperts is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be essential in addressing customer inquiries, confirming orders, and driving sales through WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via WhatsApp to answer inquiries.
- Resolve issues and provide updates on order statuses.
- Promote our product range and facilitate sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate level.
- Languages: Fluent in Urdu; proficient in English.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Salary: Rs 30,00 – Rs 40,00 per month, located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
