Job Description
The Talent Connect is in search of an experienced Closer Agent dedicated to negotiating and securing agreements with clients. This position is essential for facilitating smooth transitions from initial interest to finalized sales. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all sales and contract processes.
- Negotiate terms with clients and resolve their concerns.
- Ensure contracts are accurate and compliant.
- Follow up with leads and guide them to close.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient closing.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.

Salary: Rs75,00 – Rs100,00 per month
