Job Description
TheHassol is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Junior Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is essential in supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
As an HR Junior Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in recruitment efforts, facilitating employee onboarding, and preparing necessary HR documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, with a requirement for in-person work.
