Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage incoming phone calls, establish lasting relationships with customers, and effectively resolve complaints. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications include a diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and proven experience in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous, and previous experience in the Visa Industry is a plus.
This is a full-time in-person position, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
