Job Description
Thinkwiser High Manpower International seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager (21–35 years) for on-site placement. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in a similar managerial role within QSRs (McDonald’s, Domino’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Dunkin’), excellent communication skills, professional appearance (no visible tattoos), and willingness to travel 100%.
- Compensation: KD180 + duty meal; up to Rs165,00/month.
- Benefits: free accommodation or KD75 housing allowance (subject to company approval), air ticket every 2 years, 24‑month contract.
- Additional: visas—PSDF will reimburse costs for Punjab candidates.
- Preference given to candidates in Lahore Gulberg Colony who can commute or relocate.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
