Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Final Expense Sales Trainer to recruit, develop, and coach agents selling final expense insurance. The Trainer will design and deliver training programs, lead workshops and ride-alongs, monitor KPIs, and maintain compliance with company and state regulations.
- Develop training materials, conduct performance reviews, and standardize closing techniques.
- Coach field agents, evaluate results, and adjust programs to improve sales performance.
- Minimum 3+ years in final expense or life insurance sales; proven training or coaching experience; excellent communication; willing to travel for in-person sessions.
- Insurance license preferred or willing to obtain. Competitive salary, commissions, and benefits offered.
