Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is excited to announce an opportunity for an energetic Area Manager to supervise multiple retail locations within our designated region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores operate smoothly, meet sales objectives, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at all assigned retail locations.
- Support stores in achieving their sales and profit targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store management and staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 4 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
