Job Description

Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is on the lookout for a dedicated Payroll Associate to enhance our HR team. In this role, you will oversee and maintain accurate payroll data, which includes monitoring employee work hours, preparing payroll checks, and addressing inquiries related to wages and deductions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately collect and calculate employee work hours, benefits, and deductions.
• Prepare payroll checks and comprehensive payroll reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding compensation.
• Manage Employee Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and Social Security matters.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, prior experience in payroll processing, strong mathematical skills, and exceptional communication skills are required.
