Job Description
Translation Empire PK is actively seeking a motivated Recruiter Intern to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and engaging with exceptional technical talent.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and address team needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ abilities and ensure cultural alignment.
- Leverage tools such as Workable ATS and LinkedIn for efficient candidate sourcing.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with a basic understanding of recruitment processes is essential.
Work Mode: In-office, 10 AM to 7 PM, DHA Sector F, Rwp. Salary is competitive within the market.
