Job Description
Truck It In is looking for a dedicated Live Ops Associate to provide real-time operational support, oversee our rider fleet, and prepare daily reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational skills, quick problem-solving capabilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards to ensure a smooth order flow.
- Coordinate efficiently with riders and customers.
- Manage rider fleet availability and shift scheduling.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
