Job Description
UMER AND SONS is looking for a dedicated and professional Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will address client complaints, generate Job Orders in our ERP system, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries. You will also be responsible for providing accurate information about our services, crafting formal email responses, and managing all inbound communications efficiently.
