Job Description
UMER AND SONS is seeking a motivated Billing Officer to join our Facility Management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the billing and invoicing process, ensuring precision and promptly addressing any discrepancies. Key responsibilities include generating invoices, entering billing data into our systems, processing client refunds, and preparing quotations based on approved rates.
The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com or equivalent degree, a diploma in MS Office, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility Management. Proficiency in MS Excel, including dashboard macros and conditional formatting, is crucial for success in this position.
