Job Description
Vantage Technologies is currently looking for a highly professional and experienced Medical Customer Service Representative to support a medical project based in the UK. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English with a clear British accent and exhibit outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls with professionalism and precision
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions efficiently
- Follow company protocols diligently
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in UK-based customer support preferred
- Fluency in English, specifically with a British accent
- Demonstrated exceptional communication abilities
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT), with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
