Job Description
VapeMall is seeking a results-oriented General Manager to spearhead all branch operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading sales teams, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring operational efficiency across our locations. Your focus will be on driving performance, managing inventory levels, and maintaining branch standards to uphold the VapeMall quality.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage branch teams, establish sales targets, ensure high-quality service, conduct branch evaluations, monitor inventory, analyze sales data, enhance the customer experience, coordinate marketing initiatives, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, exceptional leadership and communication skills, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
