Job Description
We are seeking a professional US Trucking Sales Dispatcher to oversee sales-driven freight operations, assign drivers, book loads, and cultivate customer relationships nationwide. The role requires matching freight to carriers, negotiating rates, monitoring shipments for on-time delivery, and maintaining accurate CRM records and paperwork in support of sales objectives.
- Responsibilities: load planning, carrier assignment, rate negotiation, shipment tracking, and CRM updates.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in dispatch or logistics sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with DOT regulations, and proficiency with TMS/CRM systems.
