Job Description
Vines Commerce is looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join our on-site team in Valencia Town, Lahore. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of PKR 15,00, plus a 10% commission on successful deals. We are seeking motivated individuals who have an understanding of freelancing platforms and are passionate about generating leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and submit compelling proposals on Upwork.
- Daily identification and application for relevant job opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients and schedule meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to estimate project scope.
- Monitor and report on bidding performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Upwork or similar platforms.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available for on-site work only.
