Job Description
The Vision for Education Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, including the general ledger and payroll, while preparing comprehensive financial reports to ensure compliance. Additional responsibilities include overseeing audits, maintaining internal financial controls, supervising junior staff, and preparing reports for donors. To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience; experience in the NGO sector is strongly preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is required. Working days are Monday to Saturday. The salary range is Rs. 75,00 – Rs. 100,00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
