Job Description
Wadic is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team in an on-site capacity. This Junior-Medium level position involves full-cycle recruiting, with a specific focus on IT roles. The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT recruitment and a keen interest in keeping up with technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit senior-level IT candidates
- Screen applicants through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience
