Job Description
Walee Technologies is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer (Telesales Agent) for Hakeem Tahafuz Takaful in Islamabad (I-9/2). The role involves making outbound calls to promote the Takaful plan, meeting daily and monthly sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, addressing customer inquiries professionally, and contributing to team performance and process improvements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
- Experience: Proven telesales or call center experience; insurance/financial product experience preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and persuasion, ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; familiarity with Islamic finance is a plus
- Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM • Compensation: Rs40,00/month • On-site
