Job Description

Walkeaze Pakistan is excited to announce an opening for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Manager Retail to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and implement strategies aimed at attracting customers.

Key responsibilities include coordinating customer service initiatives, supervising and motivating staff, and monitoring both operational costs and inventory levels. You will also evaluate employee performance, support training and coaching programs, generate reports on retail data analysis, and assist with end-of-day store closing procedures.
