Web Metric is in search of a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Technical Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring effective documentation processes to promote seamless coordination across meetings, tasks, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage meetings using Google Calendar, Zoom, and Meet.
- Draft and organize documents in Google Docs.
- Update records and data in Google Sheets.
- Assist in creating workflows and setting reminders.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Virtual, Executive, or Personal Assistant is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
