Job Description
Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited is seeking a full-time, on-site Factory Supervisor for our Bund Road, Lahore plant. Salary: Rs 30,00–35,00 per month.
- Manage raw material receipt, dispatch, storage safety, loading and unloading.
- Plan production to meet demand; handle purchasing, ordering, and forecasting.
- Oversee labor relations, payroll advances, and workforce coordination.
- Supervise maintenance, new machinery development, filling of finished goods, and scrap handling and sales.
- Coordinate with lab, accounts, and stores; ensure lab testing approvals with purchasers and complete supply chain documentation.
