JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager for a commission-based position. In this role, you will build and lead your own sales team by recruiting Sales Executives and overseeing their sales efforts.
COMPENSATION:
This position offers no fixed salary; your earnings will be based on a percentage of the sales generated by your team.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 1-2 years of experience in sales or recruitment
– Exceptional communication skills in English
