Job Description
The Women’s Empowerment Group is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Fundraising Call Agent. In this position, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to both existing and potential donors, articulating our mission and illustrating the positive impact of their contributions. You will confidently solicit donations and manage objections in a professional manner, while striving to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
We are looking for candidates with at least an Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and a background in generating donations for social or health-related causes in Pakistan. Proficiency in Urdu is essential, while English language skills are a plus. A target-driven attitude and fundamental computer skills are crucial for your success in this role.
