Job Description
Your Cloud Campus is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to enhance our HR team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a successful track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with hiring in alignment with approved headcount.
- Conduct interviews and candidate screenings.
- Manage hiring processes and oversee induction approvals.
- Support HR Manager in salary and bonus review initiatives.
- Oversee the Reward and Recognition program.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and record maintenance.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management preferred.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 monthly.
